Positive: We were givien a free upgrade to our room. The view was stunning, both from our room with balcony and when we ate in the restaurant. There was a very affordable meal deal which was quality. I enjoy my swimming and the pool was one of the best hotel pools I have swum in. Staff were so helpful and welcoming.

Positive: The hotel is in an excellent location—just a 2-minute walk from the lake and only 10 seconds from the main street. You drive up a steep road to reach it, but there’s a convenient parking garage. All rooms have a beautiful view of the lake, which is truly the highlight. A tunnel under the main street makes it easy and safe to walk straight to the lake without crossing traffic. The bus stop is about a 7-minute walk away. Breakfast is a big, delicious buffet, and you can enjoy it on the terrace with a marvelous view of the lake. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. In the evenings, you can choose from a menu with tasty options. The pool is perfect for kids, and at the lake the hotel provides free sun chairs for guests. Overall, everything was perfect—I can highly recommend this hotel!

Positive: Amazing view of the lake, we were there on a stormy day and even though we couldn’t go around hiking as planned, we enjoyed the hotel and its heated pool. Lovely staff, they were super helpful. Breakfast is abundant, lots of options and staff is there to assist with any special dietary requirements. Will return

Positive: The view from the terrace, service and breakfast are the biggest advantages. Definitely worth the price.

Negative: The swimming pool's best years are already behind it. Additional charges for pool towel in the amount of 10 euros. These are really minor details. The overall rating is very positive.
